Image Rewards in MATIK are activated automatically once two simple conditions are met. These conditions form the foundation of the protocol’s stable operation.

Condition #1. At Least 8 Hours Must Pass After the Reward Package Is Created

Once a Reward Package is created, the countdown begins. Even if all other conditions have already been met, the reward cannot be paid out earlier than 8 hours after the package was created.

Condition #2. The Next Track Must Be Completely Filled

Each Reward Package is associated with a specific track. For the reward to be activated, the track immediately following yours must be completely filled. Filling this next track generates the additional liquidity required to activate the reward. Image

A Simple Example

Let’s imagine your Reward Package was created in Track #100. After that, other users continue adding liquidity, and the system begins filling Track #101. As long as Track #101 has not been completely filled, rewards associated with Track #100 cannot be activated. Once Track #101 is fully filled, the second condition is met. If at least 8 hours have already passed since your Reward Package was created, the protocol automatically activates your reward and sends it to your wallet. However, if Track #101 is filled before the 8-hour period has passed, the system simply waits until the required time has elapsed and then automatically activates the reward.

How Are Rewards Activated?

Once both conditions are met:
  • At least 8 hours have passed since the Reward Package was created.
  • The next track has been completely filled.
The protocol automatically sends the reward to the user’s wallet. No additional actions are required.

Full Transparency

Every transaction is recorded on the Polygon blockchain. Users can verify their transactions at any time and confirm that the funds have been transferred to their wallets. All transactions are publicly accessible, verifiable, and cannot be modified once recorded on the blockchain.
